Organiser World Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend, change or omit the site within the world wide web at our discretion. Additionally we reserve the right to institute changes or amendments (effective immediately) to any or all of the Terms contained in this document and to which, by your utilisation of the network, you will be bound.

International

No International Orders are accepted from the Organiser World Web Pages. Pricing Information Prices of products and services displayed on this Web Site are deemed to be competitive and current. However prices vary on occasion and products are subject to availability.

Ordering

An order placed by you is an offer to purchase a particular product at the price and delivery charges specified on this Web Site. Organiser World reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason. Prices and products and delivery charges, and product and service availability are current at the time of issue but are subject to change at any time without notification. To efficiently process your order you must submit your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and the expiry date of your credit card. You must provide accurate personal details and information and must not transmit any material of any kind which contains a virus, malicious computer code transmitted on or though the Web Site or other harmful component. Your contract with Organiser World is operable when Organiser World advises that your order has been accepted and receipt of your payment is confirmed.

Payment

Organiser World accepts the following credit cards:- Bankcard, Visa Cards, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club International All American Express and Diners Club credit cards incur a surcharge of 3.0%. Bank Transfer Payments can be made to the following Account: BSB Number - 033106 Bank Account No - 213347 Bank Account Name - Organiser World Online Pty Ltd Bank Name - Bank of Melbourne. At present we are not able to accept web payment made with a non-Australian credit card, given the limitations that we face in establishing that the user of the card is legitimate. Payments from overseas customers are not accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer. We accept company, bank or personal cheques. In most cases you will be contacted by the Web Sales Department to validate your order before your credit is charged. Please note that your credit card is not automatically charged once your order is process on line.

Termination

Organiser World and (where appropriate) reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion and at any time without notice. All restrictions, licences granted by you and all disclaimers and limitations of liability by Organiser World Pty set out in the Terms will survive termination.
